Coco's Secret Garden is proud to provide a very competitive flat rate shipping cost of $13.95 Australia wide, no matter how big the order. We also offer free shipping for orders over $200!

In day to day life we all do our best to recycle where we can. Coco's Secret Garden also likes to do its part and may use recycled boxes for large quantity shipping. If your item is a gift or you specifically do not want a re-used box (may have other branding on the outside), please leave us a note during checkout. All individual products are packed in new packaging and the high quality fairy garden kit boxes are intentionally unbranded so you can re-use, re-gift and recycle them! Coco's Secret Garden is proud to have significantly cut down on single use plastics in all our packaging during our recent re-branding. The only plastics you will see is recycled bubble wrap that comes our way in our bulk orders or that is donated to us. And to top it off your delivery is carbon neutral!

We aim to process, pack and dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. Please allow slightly longer processing times for busy periods (Christmas etc). Once your shipping has been initiated, you will receive an email with tracking information for your parcel. This will include an approximate time frame for delivery. We recommend providing a contact number to help prevent any delays with delivery, which you can include in the checkout process.

If you happen to live in the region, we also offer free local pick up to save on shipping costs. Please select this option at checkout and you will receive information regarding collection. We are located in Belair 5052 (South Australia).

Customers are very important to Coco's Secret Garden! We strive to provide the best customer service we can, and a lot time and effort goes into each and every kit and packaged products. We also provide a very personalised service where we can. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us straight away and we can discuss any issues further. We definitely want happy fairies all round! We also appreciate any sort of feedback and always hope the item has arrived safe and sound at the other end. We also LOVE our customers sharing their fairy gardens and special creations with us, so please contact us with any photos which we can share on our website and Facebook page (with your permission of course). Your items will be packaged to protect the products as best we can, however we cannot control how the package is handled once it leaves our hands. We will check each item for any damage before it is shipped, but if you do receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible (within 5 days of receipt) to arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately we do not offer a return and refund for a simple change of mind.

We do our absolute best to update item quantities and provide accurate pricing, however on the rare occasion there is a discrepancy of any kind, we will contact you ASAP to advise and discuss further options. We are all human aren't we - well some of us may be fairies ;)

Please take note of the product care recommendations on each item listing. Most items are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, however extra care is required for any items placed outside, especially if they are out in the elements. We will also include a friendly fairy reminder note in our fairy garden kits.
